WHAT IS IMPROCINE?
IMPROCINE is born from the combination of improvisation and cinema.
You’re not just coming to do improvisation exercises.
You’re coming to create your own scene.
Before the workshop, we’ll have an interview to get to know you, understand your goals, and explore what you want to achieve as an actor.
From there, we’ll work on creating a customized character and an original scene for you and your partner.
Then, it’s time to shoot it.
TWO DAYS. ONE CINEMATIC EXPERIENCE.
📅 DAY 1 · CREATE Saturday, October 31
A day dedicated to training, improvisation, and character creation.
We’ll work on tools to enhance spontaneity, build relationships between characters, and find the scene through play and improvisation.
10:00–14:00 / 15:00–19:00
🎬 DAY 2 · SHOOT Sunday, November 1
The scenes come to life in front of the camera.
Each pair will shoot their own improvised scene, and the rest of the participants will be part of the shooting crew alongside the director and camera team.

AND THEN… YOUR SCENE BECOMES A FILM.
The work doesn’t end when the shoot is over.
Your scene will go through a post-production process that includes:
Editing · Color Grading · Sound · Music · Effects
You’ll receive your finished piece within a maximum of one month.
Additionally, you’ll have the option to submit the short film to festivals.
You’ll also receive the raw footage and the editing project for free, to make future modifications or adaptations.

The workshop will take place in a special and inspiring location in Palma de Mallorca, provided by the Evolution Mallorca International Film Festival (EMIFF).

WHO IS BEHIND IMPROCINE?
PEDRO DELTELL Director
Film director with extensive experience in cinematic improvisation.
He has developed short films, video art, and 2D animation, as well as international audiovisual projects. For about ten years, he has worked on different formats that combine improvisation and filmmaking.
ANDREA VITALI Producer
Audiovisual producer with over 20 years of experience in film, TV series, advertising, music videos, and digital content. She has worked as an executive producer, production director, production coordinator, and project developer in Argentina, Spain, Brazil, and Mexico.
