Pau goes back to his homeland, Menorca, after winning the Young European Chef 2022 award. His grandmother's recipes are more than handwritten words on a dusty old book; they are the vehicle for his expression and the key for the preservation of a culture, a language, and a homegrown product. Thus, Sintes lays out the culinary future of his dear island having in mind factors like: the environment, the tourism sector, and the passage of time.
