Sandra Lipski

Founder & Director

Born in Berlin and raised in Mallorca Spain, founder, and director of the Evolution Mallorca International Film Festival (EMIFF), located in Palma de Mallorca, Spain and founder of The Festival Key (www.thefestivalkey.com), a consulting agency that creates film festival strategies for filmmakers and consults film festivals to innovate and grow. Sandra splits her time between Mallorca and Los Angeles. 

Pau Vich

Executive Director

Born and raised in Mallorca, Pau is a bilingual cinema enthusiast. He traveled the world for 15 years, receiving degrees in business and marketing from universities in Boston and Hong Kong before returning to Mallorca. Pau has proven to be an effective innovator and strategic planner; his mission is to grow EMIFF into an premier meeting point for the international film industry.

Paulo De Sousa


Born in Zambia to Portuguese parents, he has been immersed in the arts: theater, television, radio and cinema since a very young age. After a short period in the UK he moved to the US in 2001. Paulo studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York City. He now lives in Los Angeles since 2008 and recently worked for Suzy Amis Cameron and her husband James Cameron. www.pdesousa.com

Bianca Valencia

Programadora Junior

Bianca was born and raised in Los Angeles. She graduated from Chapman University in TV Journalism and Broadcasting. She discovered her true passion for film by immersing himself in foreign cinema. Now, as a film music supervisor, she has worked for National Geographic, a24 and NEON. She is excited to continue her work as assistant film programmer for EMIFF for a second year in a row. 

Tristan Scott

Assistant Programmer

The long-time Los Angeles resident has worked as an actor, producer, writer, director, wardrobe stylist, and waitress, appearing in feature films such as Electric Slide and Pester. His film Curtain Down, which he wrote and starred in, was a great success on the film festival circuit and made its online premiere on Paper Magazine. His music video work has appeared on Dazed, Interview and Ladygunn. His short films have screened to acclaim at festivals including Outfest, Defy, Maryland Film Festival, Inside Out, and Guanajuato International Film Festival.  He is open to being asked out on lovely dates and otherwise accepting checks for large amounts.

Claudia Albons

Social Media Manager

Claudia was born in Mallorca, she speaks three languages and graduated from the University in Barcelona with a degree in journalism. Claudia was one of the first fashion bloggers/influencers in Spain and worked with many prestigious brands also as a model DJ. She went on to work as Creative Director at Milan Fashion Week. In 2019, She launched his own creative agency "Studio Albons", helping clients promote their brand by strengthening their image in the digital world. 

Aina Núñez

Press Relations Spain

Aina was born in Mallorca. She graduated from the University in Barcelona with a degree in journalism and speaks four languages. After her career started back in the 90’s, she’s worked with many media and production companies, local but also abroad, as she staged for 6 months at Gruppo Alcuni, cartoon producers from Veneto, in Italy. For the last 10 years, she’s been producing several shows for regional TV IB3. Nowadays, she’s also back at IB3 Radio with Dones. press@evolutionfilmfestival.com

Jessie Folley

EMIFF 48 Hour Film Competition Founder & Manager

Born in Cornwall and raised in the UK, Jessie trained at The Brit School for Performing Arts in London. During the past 15 years Jessie has appeared in Theatre, Film and TV Commercials and also gained invaluable experience working as Producer and Event co ordinator on numerous projects as well as running the prestigious Smoke & Mirrors 48 Hour film Competition in London. Now resident in Mallorca she is passionate about bringing like minded creatives together internationally on Evolutions challenging 48hr filmmaking journey. 48h@evolutionfilmfestival.com
